Senior Flexonics – GA Precision manufactures a wide variety of Swiss machined parts for the Aerospace, Medical, Construction and Agricultural industries.  With over 20 precision Citizen, Tsugami, and Miyano CNC bar feed lathes, diameters from 0.008” to 1.250” are turned while holding +/-0.0005” tolerances on components that have very high length to diameter ratios.  Our wide variety of center-less and OD grinding machines are used when tighter tolerances are required.

Materials of all kinds are turned by Senior Flexonics – GA Precision, including but not limited to aluminum, brass, 300 and 400 series stainless steels, A286, Inconel and many types of alloyed steels.  As a full service supplier to our customers, we have partnered with heat treating and plating suppliers in the area to support your needs.

 

Round Turn

Our dozens of 4 to 8 axis twin spindle, twin turret CNC Nakamura lathes can chuck and turn parts up to 8” in diameter.  All have live tooling capability and many have high pressure coolant systems to allow for accurate and fast deep hole drilling.  For higher volumes, gantry or pedestal style robotic automation is installed to maintain quality and ensure a cost competitive advantage.
